The 2024 winners of some of TCU's prestigious university awards are official. Read on for details on the honorees, who were celebrated at the Welcome & Opening Luncheon.

Although the national heritage month is in May, TCU's Asian American Pacific Islander Native Hawaiian Heritage Month begins with a kickoff event April 8.

The April 10 event will head back to the Intellectual Commons with a new centerpiece and a full line-up from the Race & Reconciliation Initiative.

Quinceola Reid is a TCU senior. She is a biology major with a minor in health professions. She is a U.S. Navy veteran. And she was recently a drover for the Fort Worth Herd. 

After earning a bachelor's in psychology in 1998, a master's in educational leadership and administration in 2005, and his doctorate in educational leadership in 2010, Anthony Johnson works to help underserved youth.

On Feb. 7, the accomplished alumnus and TCU's first Black cheerleader will share his wealth of knowledge at the Race & Reconciliation Initiative's Black History Month event.
